The nicph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. nicph does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During the registration process, nicph requires all applicants to confirm their date of birth and submit to identity verification. Where nicph has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, nicph will:

• Immediately suspend the account pending age verification
