nicph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nicph platform available at nicph.com (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of nicph following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

nicph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use nicph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of nicph or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by nicph or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

nicph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nicph may result in account suspension or closure.

To access nicph's full range of gaming services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on nicph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nicph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify nicph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• nicph will never request your password through any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to nicph support.

nicph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on nicph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nicph supports the following deposit methods for Philippine players:

• GCash and PayMaya (Maya) e-wallets
• Online banking via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other InstaPay/PESONet-enabled banks
• Other payment channels as may be made available on the Platform from time to time

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. nicph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which nicph bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. nicph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. nicph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are between one (1) and five (5) business days, depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• nicph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

nicph will not be liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or technical issues outside of nicph's reasonable control. Players are encouraged to contact nicph support if a withdrawal has not been received within the stated processing timeframe.

nicph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• nicph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• nicph reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse or circumvent promotion terms.

All games available on the nicph Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

nicph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are fair, random, and not subject to manipulation by nicph or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

• nicph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's pre-defined rules. nicph is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout — including display errors or software bugs — are not valid and will not be honored.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nicph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping in poker or table games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the nicph Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nicph staff or other players through any communication channel

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.

All content on the nicph Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of nicph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use any nicph trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform

Any unauthorized use of nicph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by nicph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nicph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue
• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Actions taken by nicph in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or closure

nicph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nicph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nicph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if nicph reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.
• Any pending bets or game rounds will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to nicph's standard verification procedures.
• nicph reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where termination is due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting nicph customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days from the date on which one party notifies the other of the dispute in writing.

nicph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nicph will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the nicph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
